Sat Sessions July Listings Announced!

Another month of storming line-ups is on the cards as we get stuck into July!

The present and the future of House music would be nowhere without the original masters who forged the sound and first got it out there, and as July gets started, we at the club are celebrating not only the very best of new music, but also one of our original and classic parties, Rulin.

Before we look to the end of the month, however, our ears and eyes are first on the big names smashing up our infamous dance floor every Saturday for the first three weeks of the month.

It’s two SUPERSTAR DJ’s for the price of one on July 5th as the UK’s one and only Pete Tong joins forces with Holland’s finest export Sander Kleinenberg to bring us THIS IS… WONDERLAND - a one off party that’ll satisfy all your Saturday night needs with the best possible soundtrack courtesy of Sir Pete Tong combined with the amazing visual experience from the world’s pioneering DJ/VJ - Sander Kleinenberg.

Turning things up a few more degrees, the itchy, physical sound of Zoo Brazil arrives in Ministry of Sound for the first time on the 12th July. Joining Sebastian Ingrosso in the Box, they’ll be launching their much anticipated new album ‘No Place Like Home’ at Ingrosso’s Refune party. Lifelike completes the line-up, making a rare appearance in the UK and his first at Ministry of Sound. Shoreditch favourites ‘Wet Yourself’ will be getting techy and twisted in the Bar, joined by special guest Deepgroove and head honcho Cormac and residents.

And if that wasn’t enough, another great partnership comes beautifully together as ‘Danny Howells Digs Deeper into Resident Advisor’ on the 19th. Expect an adventurous ride through funky and futuristic house music, regularly punctuated by vodka shots. Bottoms-up! Keeping it upbeat in the bar, Resident Advisor pop their Ministry cherry! Hot on the heels of their Webby Award win for Best Music website, the RA crew serve up sexy disco with Prins Thomas, Todd Terje and Tensnake.

And so here we are, back where we started and paying tribute to our founding fathers! After the huge success of the last party, we have decided to once again pay tribute to Ministry’s original and classic party Rulin and say to those first DJs Jazzy M, Sandy Rivera, Spencer Broughton, Gareth Cooke and Jeremy B, we salute you!

That’s it for July and remember if you just can’t get enough of the music we’re brining you, tune into We’re Not Cool! and Laurabelle every Tuesday 4pm – 5pm for the Saturday Sessions Warm Up. Ministry of Sound Radio.
